We invest 50% of our revenues from the M&A consulting practice in early stage ventures and middle markets companies across the healthcare and technology industries.

We also work with business angels and investors that wish to invest in longer term high-growth ventures.

Our team

Our company first stages happened while we were at Harvard Business School MBA. Our experience in the M&A field is extensive, as well as the number of assignments that we have successfully performed over the years ( more than one thousand in five continents).
